Appreciated quiet little and exceptionally friendly hotel, we would happily go back again. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was great. The staff seemed friendly and pleasant. The property was in the real centre of the city...

The room was wheelchair accessible and had an air conditioner, just as I had hoped for.

Very good location, with many good tapas bars close by (head left, not right when going out the door). The staff were helpful and provided many suggestions of where to go, eat, ... The rooms are quite big, clean. Were first given a room facing the street, asked to change, they gave us another room facing the courtyard, and were very accommodating. Excellent value for money, particularly for couples/families.

It is one amazing deal, for the price paid we've got even more than we could've imagined. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. I've read negative comments about this hotel in other people's comments about noisiness but I don't think it is nowhere near as extreme as they suggest given the centric location and the narrow central streets in which is located.

Value for money was exceptional, a clean and comfortable room without unnecessary frills. The central location was perfect, surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast selection could have been more varied.

The location was great for seeing the sights of Granada and there were many tapas bars nearby. The room was large and the bathroom was modern. I had booked a single room and was pleased that I was given a large double room complete with sofa and desk.

The location met expectation, it was great and magnificent close to all major sights. Went to Bar Avila for drink or two, set relatively close to the hotel.

Loved the courtyard with flowers and fountain - perfect for escaping the summer heat. Conveniently located near shops and attractions. Enjoyed climbing to the Alhambra and exploring Albaicín on foot. Amenities like free internet and laundry facilities were a plus.
Oh, how I longed for a photo of the map!

I recently stayed at Hostal Costa Azul in Granada for a few nights. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Alhambra palace and the center. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the area was surprisingly quiet. Natalia and Andrey, the staff, were incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay comfortable and providing us with useful information. Highly recommend!
Totally recommend this hotel.

Genuine warm welcome. Value for money. I'd rate it 3 Stars on tasteful design and cleanliness and attentive service. Spotlessly clean. English spoken. Reasonable size room, comfy good size mattress, ample bedding. Huge cupboard and drawer spaces. Tv. Free WiFi, but poor signal in our room. Very good en suite sh/wc/bidet/wash basin. Balcony in both rooms, good for clothes line! Drinking water on tap saves buying bottled water. Three power points: bed light, tv, shaver point. Same day laundry @ 8€ per carrier bag. Lovely tasteful design throughout hotel. Best feature? The glorious inner courtyard garden, ancient vine forms green-leaf canopy, with ample places to eat or chill, with birdsong and peace. Worth photographing. Narrow streets all around with plentiful eateries, and nightlife. Try the bar/restaurant next door with big tv. Great fresh fruit shop opposite front door. Church close by. Bus route to Alhambra 4 minutes easy walk. Central Granada about 4 minutes stroll, where you feel safe on the streets.
The nightlife is genuinely all night, and while it's fab for young owls, the volume of noise was astounding. When the revellers had gone, the trash vehicles would come and grind everything up. Locals stop and gossip under the window at all hours of the night. In fairness, the local football team did win a vital final match and so entered the 1st division after 35 years absence. That accounted for much of the good natured merriment. We did get sleep, but if you want silence, stay in the countryside! We asked for the leaky shower hose to be fixed, but it wasn't done. I think some people think it's an expensive plumber job, and do not realise you can simply buy a new hose, unscrew the old one, and screw in the new one. But I would still stay there again - even with the noise and all!
